- Distributing or posting spam, chain letters, or pyramid schemes.
- Harvesting or otherwise collecting information about users, including email addresses, without their express consent.
- Reporters and third party representatives need permission from the Reader’s Digest Association Ltd UK Legal Department prior to posting or emailing members in their official capacity.

- No crossposting - Do not post the same message to more than one forum. Locate the right forum and post it there. Again, it’s just a courtesy to your fellow RDLife members.
- No ALL CAPS posting - Using ALL CAPITAL letters is considered SHOUTING and is rude.
